Building "First Ever" Factory built Solar Power CA Title 24 manufactured house which exceeds standard by 16.2%
This month my Senior (62+) buyer and I will build this manufactured home in Ojai, CA. This home will contain a 2KW Solar system, Rainwater Collector system, The home's energy efficiency will be >16.2% above standard construction with "Green" lighting system. In addition, the home will have a skylight and Solar tube to improve internal light in dark areas of the home during the day.
