Hi Janis..Internet is the way to go as far as marketing is concerned. I understand 85% of buyers/seller start on the internet. They are more informed and do alot of the work we used to do. They find what they are looking for online and then click on the agent with the listing. I believe the more internet exposure you have the more leads you will get. Newspapers will soon be obsolete. Is it true the LA Times eliminated its RE section?

I think your on tract with the internet Janis. The current statistics show that 85% of all buyers and sellers start on the internet before they ever talk to an agent. I am a Realtor in the Pacific Northwest (Portland/Vancouver Wa) I am allways interested in networking with realtors in other areas and of course I am a cooping agent.
