Fractional Ownership in Panama

This is the newest type of ownership to come to Panama. Historically, Panama Real Estate has been so inexpensive that the fractional ownership plan didn't really work, but since prices have gone up, now it makes sense. We have a beach home that you can own 1/12 share, have the right to use it for 2 weeks per year high season, and 2 weeks low season, have nothing to worry about as it is completely managed and taken care of for as little as $25,000. For those who want a second home, but are only i… Continue

Attention all real estate agents and brokers: Panama Real Estate Opportunity

We have seen a big change in real estate in the past 2 years. Friends of mine who were investing heavily in Oshawa and Toronto real estate have seen dramatic losses recently, and our associates in the Orlando and Davenport area have really seen the bottom fall out of prices. Many investors are waiting for the "bottom" before coming back into the market, so this leaves many brokers in the situation of too much inventory, too little buyers. This is where Panama becomes a great option. I have been… Continue

If your clients are transferring funds overseas to or from Panama (although not limited to this corridor) for your property activity I would like to discuss with you how I can help and find the most cost effective solutions for you/them. I can offer a free, personalised service and direct you to the most appropriate FX company to suit your requirements

The principle behind our site and business is that when you wish to transfer money abroad we have been able to select the top tier performing companies (all regulated FX brokers, MTO’s and banks) that offer options for sending funds overseas. At present, sendmoneyhome is now the most internationally inclusive comparison and advice service of its kind – working with over 200 strategic partners.

I would be happy to speak on the phone and talk about cost effective solutions.....

Hi Duane,
I tried to phone you earlier and wanted to see if you got my e-mail with the details for the show. Have you had a chance to consider any clients who would be fun to feature with you? We'd love to come film before November.

Hi Duane,
I work on a TV show in the USA called 'HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL.' We are currently looking for homebuyers outside the USA (for their main home, vacation home, fractional ownership, etc.) to be featured on the show with their agent. I wanted to see if you might be interested in being featured on the show with one of your fun, outgoing English-speaking clients (they DO NOT have to be from the US). I'd be happy to give you more info....
Thanks!

Absolutely, I would love to help you and your client with the Las Vegas acquisition. There is a lot available with the criteria you have given me thus far. I have several pocket listings as many are trying to unload their properties. This would mean a variety of options for you and your clients when using me. Also, because I know of the demand to get these places of their books this would mean this would be a great investment, too! When do you think we could talk about the details? Are you and your client willing to sign an Exclusive with me?
Hope to hear from you soon,
Erin Ray

All types of programs available to investors and purchasers. There is broker commision package, marketing materials and other info available at www.ThinkPanama.com also www.RanchoPedasi.com has been pre-launched, there are still a few glitches, but you are welcomed to look at it also. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hi Duane, Sorry for the delay. We have been really busy with proposals.
I have been developing powerpoints for various style homes and in various price points, to market our homes. We have put them in a format that should provide individual home buyers or developers many complementary choices for a complete community structure.
Being a builder, our comissions will have to be structured per deal. Every client's needs will vary. I feel safe in saying that 2 1/2 % - 5% is about as high as we can go for a single family home.
For a development of multiple homes, based on the volume of homes we can negotiate accordingly.
If you are ok with this. Please send me your email address and I will begin forwarding powerpoints to you.
Thanks,
Monique`

Duane, We don't already have an agreement in place. If you have one, forward it to us. What kind of terms are you looking for? I agree, we should get this part handled upfront.
we are haveing an extremely busy week, but I should still be able to get the powerpoints out to you sometime over the weekend.
