Bulk REO Deals
I have the ability to buy REOs (bank-owned homes that did not sell at foreclosure auctions) DIRECT from banks at 9-48% of their current market value in all 50 states. (I.E. Any size package in California for less than 50% current BPO (35-48%) and nationwide from 9-20%.)
