Great investment opportunity! Buy a house in a beach resort and enjoy part of the year and rented when you are not using it and generate extra income. I have listed two properties in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico that are priced lower than the FMV. Both of them have a canal behind in the backyard with a dock where you can board your boat when ready to go fishing.
