Canada's real estate market conditions
Hi there,
I am interested in hearing from you all about the market conditions in your city. In Victoria BC I am experiencing a buyer's market that is very fast paced. Many properties are selling within the first 2 weeks of being on the market! We are experiencing multiple bids on entry level houses (around $400K), townhouses in the $325-350 K range and 2 bedroom condo's in the $250K range. Are there other parts of Canada that are experiencing this kind of market?
If anyone has a client that is re-locating to Victoria I am excellent at finding out exactly what these people are looking for and am efficient at finding their perfect home. I am happy to pay the 25% referral fee! Call me to discuss (250) 508-5723
