I like this one. It gives you an idea of their currrent and future needs and whether or not they need to sell. I prefer to keep it simple. Less intimidating. Kim

Here's one that I use and you can change anyway you want. I usually make notes on it as well. Most have agents so I just ask them to put their agents name where the email column is. Here's a check list for you too that may help keep things in order for you.

The open house was a lot of fun! I may have it sold, but the buyers need to wait for their son to return from NY in 4 days. Also, I picked up 3 additional buyers!
